PRASI is a program of the North Berkeley Institute for Personal and Social Change. The creation of a diverse group of creative people in the world of conflict resolution who themselves embody the unity of research and practice, PRASI has as its goal to build a model institute for research and scholarship with a practice-oriented focus that seeks to identify and meet the needs of people of color and others who are conventionally overlooked both as practitioners and users of conflict resolution, and in doing so to enhance the field as a whole.
PRASI proudly announces the publication of its first anthology: Re-Centering Culture and Knowledge in Conflict Resolution Practice (Syracuse University Press, 2008).
